Our Story
Semei Kakungulu Country Lodge is a tourist lodge in Eastern Uganda that exists to provide a range of budget, mid-range and luxury hospitality services to heritage and adventure travelers around the Elgon. The services include accommodation, dining, entertainment and experiential tours mainly to the Semei Kakungulu/ jewish heritage site and adventure on the Elgon and its exciting ranges.
Upon completion the facilities will include 6 luxury cottages independently set in the woods each with unique views, a 6 room mid-range accommodation block and a budget campsite. There is a restaurant and bar serviced by one kitchen all set out in a rich natural garden environment.
