Position: Admin & Marketing Officer
Nature of Work: Commission-Based

Role Type: Hybrid (Mostly fieldwork with some in-office tasks)

Key Responsibilities
School Administration

Handle daily administrative duties at the charity school

Maintain records, update documents, and assist with communication

Coordinate with parents, staff, and partners

Marketing (Casa Coffee & Accommodation)

Promote Casa’s products and services

Generate customers for:

Packaged coffee products

Restaurant meals and catering

Accommodation services

Safaris and tours

Build and maintain client relationships

Use social media, community outreach, and creative strategies to boost sales

Remuneration
This is a commission-based role. Your income will depend on your performance and sales achieved from Casa products and services.
(Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.)

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:

A strong communicator and highly organized

Self-motivated, honest, and passionate about community work

Experienced in sales/marketing

Comfortable with social media and digital outreach

Fluent in English, Lugisu, and Luganda
