One of the things we love most about welcoming visitors to Abbeville is sharing the people and places that make our community special. For many of our guests, a stop at Richard’s Meat Market for Neal’s famous boudin was a must.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of Neal Richard. Neal was a true community leader, local business owner, and someone who took great pride in Abbeville.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and all who loved him. He will be greatly missed.
