At B&B Hosting Services, we're looking for a Hospitality EPIC (Experience, Personalization & Imagination Coordinator) to help create unforgettable guest experiences across our short-term rental properties.

This isn't your typical hospitality role. The Hospitality EPIC position is focused on delivering personalized hospitality moments that make guests feel seen, appreciated, and genuinely cared for throughout their stay. Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, creating thoughtful surprises, coordinating memorable stay experiences, and helping build systems that consistently elevate our brand beyond traditional accommodations.

We're seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented individual who is intuitive, organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about creating experiences that guests will remember and talk about long after they leave. If you enjoy thinking outside the box, paying attention to the little details, and finding ways to exceed expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

✨ What You'll Do:
• Anticipate guest needs and create personalized hospitality experiences
• Coordinate thoughtful surprises and special touches for guests
• Help design and implement systems that enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with our team to continuously elevate our hospitality standards
