Spotted a friendly neighborhood rosy boa on a morning walk! These beautiful snakes are actually quite docile and nonvenomous, their primary focus is hunting our kangaroo rats and lizards. Snakes are a concern for some of our guests, but we have never had a negative encounter in the time we’ve lived on this land and they do play an important role in our ecosystem. 🐍 plus, we thought this guy was pretty cute!
