The private campsite is owned by John and Julie Poyer. We built our cabin next door to the campsite 19 years ago. When the lot became available to purchase a couple years ago we jumped at the chance to buy it. The original owners were meticulous people, he built the garage, Loons Nest and turned the land into the beautiful lot it is today. The previous owner added the modern bathroom just last yea

r. We are excited to share this beautiful land with others. At the end of our first summer of renting, the last family of the season decided to rent exclusively for the entire next year. Their RV was stored on the lot over the winter and once spring hit they came and went a lot over the summer (being teachers). They ultimately found their own piece of paradise at the end of this past summer. We ideally would love to find another family like them!
