The Kancamagus Swift River Inn is a comfortable, homey, and modern destination for guests visiting the beautiful scenic White Mountains area of NH. The Inn is located on the east end of a National Scenic Byway, the Kancamagus Highway, also known as NH Route 112. We are located in the Town of Albany NH; the White Mountain National Forest boundary is 1 mile to our west and the Town of Conway NH is

one mile to our east. We offer the attractions and serenity of the forest and the convenience and ready access to the local town with a wide variety of dining establishments and tax free shopping outlets. The Inn has 10 quiet, clean, and spacious rooms; rates include a continental breakfast. We are a family built (1979), owned, and operated establishment, and we reside in the building. Our property borders the Albany Town Forest, that has a 2.5 mile long hiking trail along the Swift River. Nearby activities and attractions include hiking, fishing, bicycling, bird watching, canoeing, swimming, tubing, water slides, kayaking, rock climbing, waterfalls, covered bridges, scenic parks, historical sites, and winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding.

There's lots of snow and all the nearby ski areas are open and have great skiing. There are miles of snowshoe trails right across the street. Enjoy the snow now because Spring is on the way!
