Ein besonderer Brunch in der Privatsammlung der Kuhn Collection — für Liebe, Fürsorge und alle Formen von Familie.

Freut euch auf ein 5-Gänge-Menü für 65 € — vegan oder klassisch — sowie ein Kinder-Menü bis 13 Jahre. Dieser Tag schafft Raum für Zuhören, Austausch und Verbindung zwischen Generationen und für die Frage, wer wir als Individuen sind.

Dazu gibt es Platten vor Ort, ihr könnt aber auch eigene Schallplatten mitbringen. Außerdem: offenes Klavier und eine besondere Präsenz von Jade Gritsfeldt, dessen Arbeit Identität, Transformation und Ausdruck auf poetische Weise erlebbar macht — ausgehend von der Frage, wie unsere erste Identität geprägt wird. 🤍

Und zum süßen Finale: San-Sebastián Cheesecake mit Orangensalz. 🎶🍽️

ABQ, it was a good time. Lovely guests, daring to trust us, daring to have always changing mystery tasting menus, not knowing what will be served. We got the chance through you to learn a lot, having the demand to go beyond and showcase what is possible in this forgotten state.
PLEASE continue to ask for quality, don’t accept mediocre. This is a place with high quality produce.
We’re packed to go back to Berlin, but made sure to get a good load of NM 🌶️ into our pod.
