This is the loft space above the living room in The Modern Cozy Place. 😊 It’s complete with a queen size memory foam mattress, a dresser with drawers and a cute little spot to sit. And yes, it’s as cozy and welcoming as it looks! 🤗

I posted last week about the stairs in The Modern Vintage Place. I’ll say the same thing about the stairs in The Modern Southwest Place. 😉 The best way to get from the loft to the first floor is to go down these stairs backwards. 👍

We got lots of questions about how all three spaces are arranged inside of The Modern Marquette. 🤔
So here’s the details…based on this picture 😉
🌟 The Modern Vintage Place entrance is through the French doors at the front of the property. The whole part of the building that’s painted green belongs to The Modern Vintage Place.
🌟 The Modern Cozy Place’s entrance is the red door under the patio in the photo. And it’s the largest unit of the three. It’s the white, red and part of the beige part of the building. It has two lofts and a full kitchen. It also has a private patio area with a rooftop patio area, BBQ grill and a patio table.
🌟 The Modern Southwest Place is there rest of the beige area. The entrance is inside a gated courtyard on the backside of the building.
All three spaces have their own entrance and there is no access between the spaces when inside. Guests have complete privacy and don’t share any spaces. 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pro-Tip: These stairs are spectacular. And I spent HOURS in this space designing every detail…which meant I went up and down these things ALOT.
What did I learn? They’re easier to go down if you do it backwards. You’re welcome.😉
