Sun Capital Hotels is demolishing shutdown businesses to improve neighborhood safety. We're adding a 5 story building that will connect to the Hampton Inn. This project brings in new construction, jobs, tax revenue, and most of all, helps the tourism economy by keeping neighborhood restaurants busy.

A Hampton Inn & Suites in Albuquerque’s North Business District could expand onto the adjacent property formerly occupied by Genghis Grill.
