Fix Plumbing issues. My spouse was there for a 13 night stay starting on June 16th. He woke up on the 17th to no running water in his shower. Also the toilet would not flush. He checked out the next day and into an IHG competitor. His Company allows him to choose his hotel. Suffice it to say IHG properties will no longer be chose. Honestly, you have a rewards program, compensate your members for poor service and non working necessities by giving them extra points. He does not care that you are making a "note" of it. Moving was annoying and time consuming.
Albuquerque, NM, MIDTOWN location has the WORST site manager, Elizabeth. As a IHG member, THE WORST experience in my life. The manager is Threatening w police and don't care if you have problems, such as myself in town for CANCER care, or the toilet don't flush..risking my health w the possible contamination of excrement may touch my open would, in addition to another covered wound on my arm, the staff expected me to PLUNG with the plunger they got ready for me.... Elizabeth at Holiday Inn, Albuquerque NM MIDTOWN is the WORST!!! I initially had problems as I checked in as a 'IHG" MEMBER, I was moved 3 times, and the hotel NEVER obliged my remarks on my reservation. This IGH MEMBER has paid thousands to THIS LOCATION-MIDTOWN! no sh*t...check the ihg history......Lastly, the DURESS AND DISTRESS CAUSED ME A HEALTH COLLAPSE TODAY..........truth be told.....a "lying, threatening, site manager - Elizabeth. Sadly, I will miss my food gal Tanya, as she has been the only stable employee at THIS LOCATION.
As I immediately called customer relations - ihg, the agent was non caring to my concerns.....causing me more stress....and upon check out the manager indicated no conversation took place, then it was, but the contents were based on ihg manager Elizabeth "LIES', the fact is she THREATEN ME WITH POLICE AND TO IMMEDIATELY GET OFF THE GROUNDS. Nope, VALID COMPLAINT, TAKE ACTION AND GET RID OF HER........PLUS WHY IS THE EMPLOYEE TURNOVER HIGH, POSSIBLE PROBLEMS ON SITE IS THE EXPLANATION. I have contacted my Cancer Care Manager regarding this issue of not caring about the plight of cancer, as my valid complaint can cause US health problems with igh attitude
