Looking for a reliable Front Desk Agent. Position is for part time with the potential for full time in the future. Availability of shifts will be discussed during interview. Flexible schedule and customer service experience required. Must be willing to work weekend, holiday and evening shifts.

Set the tone for the guest experience, greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
Check-in and check-out guests
Resolve guest requests
Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining and travel directions
Handle cash and credit card transactions, process guest accounts upon checkout in an efficient and accurate manner
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
One year of previous customer service experience required, prior front desk experience preferred
Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Displays good customer relations skills and takes initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner
