The monthly Cheese Club haul from The Mouse Hole. Always has two extraordinary cheeses (with a full sheet of information and pronunciation guides!), and delightful accompaniments or snacks. We added some Black Forest ham, fruit and a baguette from Ihatov Bakery for a fabulous lunch!

Nothing like an afternoon ice cream break. Today we went to Heidi's Ice Cream. It's a bit off the beaten path in a warehouse/office park but worth a wander. The sample of brown butter pinion was great. I stuck with my favorite of orange cream. Lovely outdoor garden space with friendly birdies looking for crumbs of waffle cone.

Visit "The Other Route 66" at the Albuquerque Museum through January 3, 2027. Memorabilia, historic photos, maps, cars, hood ornaments and much more, including all of the peoples and places and the impact of the Mother Road upon them.
