Ten years ago, Patricia joined Ambience Hospitality starting as a Breakfast Host! Today, she’s the General Manager of Hampton Inn Lordsburg and if you know Patricia, you know that hotel keeps her on her toes!

Through all the challenges, surprises, and busy days, Patricia continues to show up, lead her team, and get the job done.

A little belated, but the celebration is just as deserved! 🎉

This past Sunday marked Shi's 5-Year Workiversary, and we couldn't let the milestone pass without recognizing everything she has accomplished.

Shi joined the Hampton Inn Borger team as our Housekeeping Supervisor, where her dedication, hard work, and leadership quickly made an impact. In 2025, she was promoted to General Manager—a reflection of her commitment to excellence and the positive influence she has on both our team and our guests.

Over the past five years, Shi has helped shape the success of Hampton Inn Borger through her passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and unwavering dedication. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of the Ambience Hospitality family.

🎉 Celebrating 5 Years with Marcy Diaz! 🎉

Please join us in congratulating Marcy Diaz on her 5-year work anniversary with Ambience Hospitality!

Marcy began her journey with us in 2021 as a Front Desk Agent at Super 8 in Portales, NM. Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for hospitality, she quickly grew within the company and was promoted to General Manager of Super 8.

In July 2024, Marcy took on a new challenge by moving to the Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites as Assistant General Manager, where she expanded her knowledge and gained experience operating a larger property. Her commitment to learning and leadership continued to shine.

By April 2025, Marcy stepped into her next role as General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express in Portales, where she continues to lead with excellence.

Marcy’s growth within Ambience Hospitality is a great example of what dedication, leadership, and a strong work ethic can achieve. We are proud to have her on our team and grateful for the impact she’s made over the past five years.
