Pinehurst is a relaxing place for families, with a peaceful pine grove setting. Lawrence River just outside of Alexandria Bay in the 1000 Islands region. Bob and Betty Lou are eager to carry on the Vrooman family tradition of providing you with an enjoyable place for your vacation in the 1000 Islands. We are one of the few fishing camps left in Alexandria Bay and are the perfect home base for all your 1000 Island tourist activities!
