Apparently there was a misunderstanding on management since the estate is still responsible for payments. Please continue to send payments as you have in the past to Andy Beasley or flipper creek campground. No other changes will be made. $475 for 50 amp per month and $400 for 30 amp per month. Power water landscaping aka grass cutting and garbage disposal will continue to be included, please no feminine products flushed as we are on a septic tank. Since the river is owned by Alabama power company we do not accept responsibility for fishing or swimming in the lake or creek. Please provide 10 days notice if you plan on vacating. Holding the lot for future use is negotiable. As our long time renters will attest, we are easy to work with and appreciate your business.
