All the staff we encountered were very polite, cheerful, and helpful - from the lady at the front desk to the cleaning staff in the halls. The rooms were clean and spacious (as far as hotel rooms go, we thought). We had called the hotel before our visit to see if they had a crib for our infant and they told us they have a Pack-N-Play - When we arrived at the room, they had even set it up for us (not a consideration many hotels make nowadays)! Best of all, they had a full, hot breakfast available in a clean, safe way! We've been so tired of the lame brown paper sack "meals" that so many hotels offer recently, but this hotel graced us with fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, as well as yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, and more! The only issue we had was that the pillows were not firm enough. However, they did seem to have a mixture of fluffy and not-as-fluffy (barely firm) pillows, so even on that point they provided a better scenario than your average hotel. All in all, this was one of our best stays in this type of hotel for a long time~
