It lies on 130 acres of hills, open grassland, forest, and 5 small lakes for swimming or fishing. We provide activities on the weekends including hayrides, bingo, crafts, archery, church service, and frog jumping contests every Sunday! And for your convenience we have a camp store with basic needs, ice cream, firewood, and more. Remember relaxing is permitted at Mendota Hills!

We were beyond honored to attend the ceremony of Eagle Scout Taggert and his beautiful project “The Chapel in the Woods” at the Refuge Church prayer garden. Thanks to Taggert and all the hands that helped make this project happen for an outstanding, young man 🦅 🏕️
