Incredibly honored to receive the Grand Award in Business for the Stefanopoulos Group at The Culinary Institute of America -which includes Four Brothers Pizza, Four Brothers Drive -In Theatre, House of Stefas, The Boathouse at Lakeville, The Millerton Inn, Yannis at Chatham House, and Hotel Carvana.

For over 50 years, our family has proudly served and grown with the Hudson Valley and Dutchess County community. What began as a dream has become a destination — thanks to every guest, team member, and supporter who believed in us along the way.

This honor isn’t ours alone; it belongs to all of you who’ve stood with us through decades of hard work, faith, and family. God bless America, and thank you for being part of our story.

Today marks an extraordinary day in our company’s history. The official opening of House of Stefas.
This is more than the launch of a flagship restaurant. It’s the realization of a dream built on heritage, vision, and a deep love for hospitality. We are overwhelmed by the warmth and support from the Millbrook community and beyond — your encouragement has carried us to this day.
 
It is our greatest honor to open our doors and welcome you to a table we’ve prepared with intention, care, and reverence for Greek tradition.

We are excited to announce our newest restaurant venture: House of Stefas coming Spring/Summer 2024!

Hello Everybody! Johnny & Pauly Stefanopoulos are here to deliver some good news coming to Millbrook, NY. Inspired by our travels from around the world, the streets of Casablanca, to the ancient ruins of Athens, we told each other, "Let's create a place that makes you feel alive." So, with that, we decided to create a place called House of Stefas: A restaurant inspired by rich textures, phenomenal experiences, and authentic tastes, driven by our deep passion for food & genuine hospitality. Fond of the good and all things fun, we ensured this restaurant would inspire good company and comfort. Join us on our journey as we take you through the lens and world of House of Stefas. We welcome all saints & sinners, outsiders & outlaws, with an open mind and heart.
