“Our wedding day at the Inn on Boltwood was an amazing experience! We cannot praise the staff enough. Catherine and Maddie were extremely helpful, responsive, and organized throughout the whole wedding planning process, which took a year. They clearly know what they’re doing and their worksheets and check-ins helped us feel on-track without having a “cookie-cutter” wedding. The food is excellent, and guests have given us a lot of positive feedback (the ravioli in particular was a hit). We customized a few dishes on the menu to include more Vietnamese options, and the Chef knocked it out of the park. On the day of the wedding, the staff were so proactive. When it started drizzling during our cocktail hour, we came back from taking pictures to find all of our guests and decorations dry under the tent, and everything was set up beautifully. I would recommend this venue without hesitation to anyone looking to get married in Western Massachusetts — the pricing is transparent, the venue has multiple beautiful spots for pictures, the location is charming, and our guests had a wonderful time.“ ~ Katie and Quang
