We have had so many beautiful weddings and Bride and Grooms picture shots under our Beautiful “Live Oak Wedding Tree”. Its legs through the years have broken off and fell. It happened again last week, we called our Arborist friend and he did what he needed to. What a sad day…..

Jeremy took Dad and I to a Fun day at Southern Yacht Club, for Landis Construction Fishing Rodeo. It was a bit rainy but still a fun day! We always donate two Gift Certificates, it was great to see who won the 2 Raffle’s for a 1 night stay with us, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast. It was wonderful to meet his Co-Workers.

Billy Nungesser Lt. Governor of Louisiana and Cher, what an honor! Jeff and I have not gone to the Maritime Museum. I’m sure our guests at Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast, will find this very interesting. We will definitely check it out.

I have waited to post this. They called us to let us know, but did not mention best Gift Shop. I have found no hard copies as of yet out there. We always receive a magazine with “The Best of the Best” of Tangipahoa Parish. I had to go on line to get Sophisticated Woman website magazine. Have not received our icon to put on our website or our certificates for me to frame and put on our awards table. So that being said….Thank you for voting for us we won “Best Bed and Breakfast, Best Breakfast, Best Chef, Wedding Venue and Best Gift Shop (totally don’t understand that one)
