You might want to look twice before stepping out of your camper door, we have had this momma moose and fresh baby walking through the park pretty frequently lately.

We were nearly fully booked for memorial day weekend, momma moose is happy the majority of you campers headed back to work 😂

🌲✨ Big things are happening at Kyllonen’s! ✨🌲

Hi everyone! We’re Hunter and Carly Stewart, the new owners of Kyllonen’s RV Park here in beautiful Anchor Point, Alaska! We’re so excited to carry on this park’s great legacy and can’t wait to welcome you for the 2026 camping season.

Over the winter, we’ll be making some exciting improvements — including relocating and upgrading the bathhouse, adding new laundry facilities, and enhancing the fish cleaning station. We’re also reworking a few campsites to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

We truly can’t wait to meet everyone — both the familiar faces who’ve been coming here for years and new friends discovering Kyllonen’s for the first time. Stay tuned for updates and photos as we get everything ready for another amazing Alaska camping season!

You know what's really cool about this place? When people visit and capture the surroundings that we take for granted in our day to day, especially close to the end of the season. We get wrapped up in projects, having to run errands, wondering why the grocery stores all ran out of yoghurt at the same time.... It's nice to be brought back to reality and see how special this place is.
