Our amazing team at Tru Clemson was honored to receive the 2026 Congressional District Partner Award from the South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Association! 🏆

This award is especially meaningful because it recognizes the importance of creating opportunities, building strong community partnerships, and supporting individuals as they work toward meaningful employment and success.

Good News Friday... “We only take good news on Fridays!”. So, here’s some GOOD NEWS worth celebrating as we head into the weekend! I want to recognize the team at Candlewood Suites and everyone who has played a role in supporting their progress.
At mid-year, the hotel was ranked 22nd out of 24 hotels with Paragon Hotel Company YTD for GSS. Today, they are ranked an incredible #16 out of 429 hotels in their brand for GSS!
That is a turnaround worth celebrating!
Results like this don’t happen by accident. They come from a team listening to feedback, staying focused, adjusting, holding each other accountable, and—most importantly—taking care of our guests one stay at a time.
A huge THANK YOU to The Entire Candlewood team and to everyone who has supported them along the way. This is a great reminder that where we are today does not have to determine where we finish. Cheers!

For those who have worked with us before, you know: “We only take good news on Fridays!”
So, in keeping with that tradition, we wanted to share a little good news from Team Home2 Anderson.

Last night, the hotel hosted the @ partnered with us for a Business After Hours, and it was a great evening! The team welcomed a nice turnout with hors d’oeuvres and drinks, conducted hotel and guest room tours, and even hosted a Kahoot trivia competition—with full participation and a few prizes thrown in for good measure! I had the opportunity to meet some great people, and the energy throughout the evening was fantastic. Guests stayed until the end, conversations were flowing, and everyone genuinely seemed to enjoy themselves. We even saw Tracy Brain.

Most importantly, the team was ON POINT! Led by Dwayne Bowes, they were smiling, engaged, eager to help, and truly embraced being the “hosts with the most.” They represented the hotel and Paragon extremely well.
I wanted to share a picture of Team Home2 Anderson from last night and give them a well-deserved Friday shout-out!

Great job, Dwayne, Samantha, Jamie, Crystal, Michael B, and Team!

Dolly Parton has built a legacy around something that every great hospitality professional understands: people remember how you make them feel.

Hospitality is more than a clean room, a warm welcome, or a great breakfast. It is the little things.

It is remembering a guest’s name.
It is noticing when someone needs a little extra help.
