Sandy Sanders Camp of Champions The Sandy Sanders Camps of Champions have established a legacy in Southeastern Michigan, and throughout the state. This will be the 40th year of the camp.

This is for all boys and girls grades k-11. Participants will be split into three divisions: elementary, middle school, and high school. Campers will also be grouped according to age and ability. Our camps feature personalized instruction - to help each camp participant develop his or her skills while enjoying the process. We emphasize proven techniques in shooting, passing, footwork, and ball-han

dling - and expand into concepts for team offense and team defense. Our priority is developing sound, fundamental basketball skills in every participant - and then proceeding to game situations! Not only are the games fun - but the instruction continues, to help campers learn how to apply their skills within these situations.

Dear Camp Families,

After 42 years of welcoming girls and boys of all backgrounds and from all parts of the USA and abroad to participate in a week of skill building and camaraderie, it is with mixed emotions that I announce the end of the Sandy Sanders Basketball Camp of Champions. I had a serious injury in late January due to slipping on ice that resulted in me rupturing my quadriceps tendon and requiring surgery. This injury has a long rehabilitation time and will not allow me to manage and teach in the camp as I have every year.I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to meet such wonderful young people and work alongside them to enhance their development physically, socially and emotionally.

I'd really enjoy it if you would keep in touch with me by email and let me know about major milestones of my campers. Dear Camp Families,

I regret to announce that the 2017 Sandy Sanders Basketball Camp, scheduled June 19 - 23, 2017 has been CANCELLED due to renovations to take place at Greenhills School this summer.

While disappointed when I received the news, I will stay in touch with campers by sending out periodic tips to improve your basketball skills and game. Stay up-to-date on our website www.sandysports.com.

We plan to return to Greenhills School for a 2018 basketball camp, scheduled for June 18 - 22, 2018. I hope to see you then!

Basketball sports camps for elementary, middle school or high school teams and for kids of all ages and skill levels. Based in Washtenaw County Michigan and serving Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Plymouth, Canton and Belleville.
