Here's your parking 🚗 info for Bayfest! 👇
Overflow parking is available at Hancock Whitney Bank, 5324 Gulf Drive, Holmes Beach, then hop on the free trolley going north that picks up by Waterline Resort.

Park at Crosspointe Fellowship Church, 8605 Gulf Drive on the north end of Holmes Beach and ride the free, dedicated trolley that will be shuttling people directly from the church parking lot to the City Pier at the end of Pine Avenue. This trolley will run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Park at Manatee Public Beach or Coquina Beach and ride the free trolley north to the festival.

From the mainland, take the #3 city bus, which runs from Walmart on SR 64 (Manatee Avenue) all the way to Manatee Public Beach (with numerous stops on Manatee Ave). At Manatee Public Beach, take the free trolley north to the festival. There will be multiple trolleys running on the island to assist the attendees. Some neighborhood street parking is available – be sure to read the signs that indicate where parking is permitted, park with all 4 tires off the roadway and sidewalks, and park with the direction of the traffic.

Built in 1928, this spacious 1,250 sq ft cottage has classic old Florida charm, modern amenities, literally 400 feet from Sarasota Bay, and within walking distance of some of the best dining and best beaches in the area. This area is decorated with entertainment, coastal attractions, water excursions and shopping.

Right across the bridge lies Anna Maria Island, you won’t find a more relaxed, yet convenient location. We are close to shopping malls and hospitals, but our cottage in the Cortez Village, however, is a nostalgic look back in time when people and things moved slower. We encourage bike rides and walks around the neighborhood for a close and personal experience of what old Florida is truly like.
