Riffle Water Lodging Lodging establishment Our ranch contains approximately 30 acres with private river access. Non guests may fish for a $65 dollar per person rod fee per day.

Public water (Forest Service) is just a short walk upstream from our property. All fishing on or ranch is by reservation and is fly fishing only and catch and release. Our guests are entitled to a certain number of free days depending on the length of their stay after which a minimal rod fee applies. Fishing has always been great on the property but habitat improvements in the last couple of years

have improved catch rates and size of fish dramatically. There is plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors right outside your door or you can travel up the canyon for more opportunities. Our newest cabin sets right on the bank of the Conejos River with one bedroom and a loft area. This is a brand new fully-equipped rental unit that includes one queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size bed in the loft. There are two fold down futon couches that make out to full size beds. There is a living room, bathroom with shower/bath and a kitchen with plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. This rental unit is $165 per night for stays of three nights or less. If you stay with us for four nights or more the rate drops to $140 per night. We have satellite TV and WIFI. While not right on the river banks, the second rental unit is only a very short walk way. This rental has two bedrooms with a king size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath and a fully equipped kitchen and large living room area. This rental unit also includes satellite TV and WIFI. The rate is $125 per night for stays of three nights or less. and drops to $100 per night for stays of four nights or more. We are open year round. During the summer there is plenty of fishing, hiking and jeep trails to enjoy. The winter is a great time to enjoy the abundance of snowmobiling, cross country skiing and other winter recreation.

Cancellations are happening here at Riffle Water in the cabins as well as the river availability, but the upper stretches of the Conejos are fishing great! The water down here is high but the fish are still biting. Come up and pay us a visit here in Southern Colorado!

Hello all,
as the incoming fishing season is falling upon us soon, we would like to let you know that we are open through the winter as well. So if you ever need to get away from the city and you feel like playing in the snow, we can help set up a snowmobile trip, are located within a couple hour drive from multiple ski resorts, and are positioned near many cross country skiing spots. Looking forward to another great year at Riffle Water!!
