Calling all Golden Vista makers, creators, and crafty neighbors!

Have you been stitching, painting, woodworking, or creating something wonderful? It’s time to share your talents at this season’s Craft Fairs!

Table applications are now being accepted for GV residents ONLY. This is your chance to apply before registration opens to outside vendors on October 23rd. Stop by or email the Activities office for an application.

Get your creations ready and submit your application soon. We can’t wait to see what you’ve been making!

Southbound Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) ramp closure and lane restrictions planned between Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) and University Drive Oct. 6-8
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following Loop 101 (Pima Freeway) lane restrictions and ramp closure for pavement maintenance work:

The southbound Loop 101 off-ramp at Rio Salado Parkway will be CLOSED from 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, to 5 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7.
Southbound Loop 101 will be reduced to two lanes between Loop 202 and University Drive from 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, to 5 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 8.
ADOT advises drivers to use caution and be prepared to slow down when approaching and traveling near all work zones.

HOA DUES PAYMENT OPTIONS
Dear Golden Vista Residents,
This is a quick reminder regarding the payment of your HOA dues.

If you prefer to drop off your payment in person, you are always welcome to visit the Front Office. You can also drop them in the drop box outside the Front Office. Please keep the following payment guidelines in mind to ensure a smooth transaction:

Checks Accepted: We gladly accept personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders directly at the front office desk.
No Credit Cards In-Office: Please note that the front office cannot process credit or debit card payments in person for HOA dues.
If you prefer to pay digitally via debit or credit card, those payments must be completed online through the Golden Vista Resident Payment Portal.
