So excited to support COTS each month with some of the basic needs most of us take for granted!

In our business, we charge our guests a small fee to check-in early or check-out late. We use those fees to fully found our monthly donations to this great organization!

If you are a small (or large!) business owner, I highly encourage you to reach out to our local non-profits to see how you can help make a regular impact in their world :)

A special thank you to Powerhouse Properties 920 for their continued generosity. Each month, they reach out to ask what our residents need most, and this month they delivered in a big way. Thanks to their kindness, our shelves are stocked with coffee, cleaning supplies, body lotion, men’s deodorant, and coffee creamer.

Donations like these go far beyond the items themselves. They allow us to direct more resources into our programs, helping individuals who have experienced homelessness build stability and independence.
