We are located on the edge of down town Aransas Pass on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Only blocks from the newly renovated Conn Brown Harbor with public boat ramps, fishing piers, bait, restaurants, dolphin tours, fishing guides and more. Also, your just 7 miles from Port Aransas and 10 miles from Rockport. It features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open kitchen and living

area for 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 43” smart TV and ensuite bath. The front bedroom includes a queen size bed and smart TV. The living room sofa converts into a bed for the little ones . The kitchen is full stocked with cooking and serving ware. The large private back yard boast a covered pavilion with seating and a charcoal grill, two decks, and a fenced in yard to keep your kids and pets safe.
