COVID-19 UPDATE
In order to comply with local, state and federal guidelines surrounding Covid -19, we have amended our rental policies and changed our check-in and check-out days and times. The following changes have been made:
- Occupancy is limited to 12 persons maximum and 2 vehicles
- No parties or events will be permitted
- Obligatory mask use in public areas when 6 feet distance cannot be ma
intained
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitization with a NEW $50 cleaning fee
Weekly Rates:
$800/week plus $100 security deposit and $50 cleaning fee
Weekly rental is from Sunday to Saturday
At this time, we do not offer advance weekend rentals, but if the cottage is available, we will post an on our Announcements page. Weekend rates are $375 from Friday to Sunday, plus $100 security deposit and $50 cleaning fee. (additional days $75 each)
Weekly check in time is from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a checkout time no later than Noon
No penalty or discounts given for early checkout
$50 non-refundable deposit due at registration
Returned checks forfeit security deposit. Notes to Guests:
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas ONLY
- No pets allowed
- We expect guests to leave the cottage in the same condition they found it. Failure
to clean, remove trash and recyclables, and/or damages will forfeit the security
deposit
- Pillows and blankets are provided, you are responsible for supplying linens and
towels
- The cottage can hold a maximum 12 persons and two vehicles
- The cottage is equipped with a rowboat that seats 4-5 people, you may bring your
own non-motorized boats for use at your own risk
- Firewood is available locally and may be brought in from local sellers. If you wish
to purchase firewood from us, at the rate of $25 per cartful, please add to your
Balance due
- Host reserves the right not to enter dwelling while occupied
