We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

Full Job Description We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Compensation: As per market standard

Responsibilities: Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready.

General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs

Qualifications: Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
