Almost a year ago, we were approached by a friend who had been trying to sell her restaurant on her own. And while we always tell people if you’re comfortable with the calls, showings, negotiations, and everything that comes along with selling a property, you don’t necessarily need an agent for every transaction, commercial real estate can be a whole different ballgame.

There are so many moving pieces behind the scenes that buyers and sellers may never see, and sometimes it takes a lot of patience, problem-solving, and persistence to bring everyone to the closing table.
