Camp Angelus Camp Angelus at Round Hill in Arkansaw, Wisconsin is a sacred refuge for Catholic families faithful to the magisterium of the Catholic Church.

Our 100+ acre property is dedicated to Catholic evangelization, catechesis, and conservation. Camp Angelus at Round Hill is located along the beautiful Chippewa River in Western Wisconsin on approximately 100 wooded acres dominated by the unique conical hill from which the site gets its name. Camp Angelus, a five-acre parcel within the larger site, is dedicated to use as a Catholic youth camp. Bes

ides river frontage the site boasts two cabins, one rustic and one modern; three small, screened-in camping shelters, several tent camping sites, and a fire ring; the Grotto of Our Lady of Providence; a hand-crafted, screened-in picnic pavilion; a refurbished dairy barn suitable for conferences and retreats; a brick oven; an Angelus Bell and Catholic statuary; hiking trails, fishing access, and canoe launching.

A big THANK YOU for your participation in what was a VERY productive Spring 2026 Camp Angelus Work Day! I was amazed at how hard everyone worked (including our one, intrepid girl helper, who I saw lifting a very large log!).

Your efforts in helping us at Camp Angelus at Round Hill to glorify God by introducing folks to his beautiful creation are laudable.

We invite you to join us for the Round Hill Pro-Life Paddle on August 14–15, 2026 at Camp Angelus in Arkansaw, WI.

This special weekend will include Mass, fellowship, guest speakers, and a beautiful paddle experience with both short and long route options on Saturday. Pizza and refreshments will follow at Round Hill.

Register by August 1
Cost: $30 for paddle and meal | $15 meal only | Family max $100

Just a nudge to get more guys to commit to our spring work day at Camp Angelus on Sat., May 3rd (I have maybe 8 or 10 men or boys confirmed, but we could use twice that number).

Besides the equipment listed, we could really use a power washer if anyone has one. Also if you have old/extra brushes suitable for staining the Burke house and the fishing stairs, please bring them along.

No need to reply if you can't make it, but if you can, please let us know so the womenfolk can make enough food for lunch!
