This BnB will re-open when the Pandemic is over!

Note: Due to a medication (related to a non-contageous condition) which I stopped taking over a year ago , my lymphocytes are dangerously low. My blood is being tested regularly... when it's back in a healthy range, I can think about reopening this BnB. Right now, it's not safe for me :(

I've been looking into a reverse mortgage so I can stay in my house - but then I heard that AirBnB hosts aren't allowed to have reverse mortgages... I choose to stay with AirBnB! I'm looking into other ways to pay my mortgage.

I managed, over the course of several days, to clear out most of the back of my driveway so I could pull my car far in to leave room for my most recent guest... and Mother Nature cleared out the rest. So - you can park here overnight!

The latest version of the MA law concerning AirBnB taxes places my home in the category of "AirBnB Home" - that is, since I live here & I'm only renting one room (actually, only one couch), I wouldn't be taxed... so my rental fees won't have to rise. :)

My house is very busy this summer! I have a non-AirBnB guest until 7/21, then a few days to recover, then a new AirBnB guest from 7/25 - 8/16... It's good to meet you all!
