One chapter closes as another begins.

Today, the former Sheraton Arlington came down, clearing the way for the future home of Americana by Loews Hotels. This transformational project marks the next evolution of Arlington’s Entertainment District and our continued investment in creating exceptional guest experiences.

We look forward to welcoming guests to Americana by Loews Hotels in early 2029.

New York-based Loews Hotels & Co. has unveiled the plans for their third hotel in Arlington’s entertainment district — Americana by Loews Hotels.

The 507-room hotel will replace the existing Sheraton Arlington Hotel at 1300 Ballpark Way. The property will include 39 guest suites and more than 83,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 10,000 square foot event barn.
