Hey! Want to get to know me better?
I was born in Seattle, but I grew up in Los Angeles. Every chance we got, my family headed up to the Sierra near Mammoth to ski. As a kid, I struggled in school because of a hearing problem. But the mountains were different. Up there, I felt confident. My dad's best friend, Uncle Bill, kept pushing me to get out and experience everything the Sierra had to offer. I fell completely in love with it.
After my first year of college, I decided to take a year off and move to Mammoth. I ended up working on a residential complex there, and something clicked. I realized I didn't just love the mountains. I loved the homes and the idea of helping people find their place in them. I went back to school, studied business with a concentration in real estate, and graduated with one clear goal. I was going to sell real estate in the Sierra.
Within my first year, I became the highest producing agent in my office. That office also happened to be the highest producing office in our entire region. Three years in, I opened my own company.
After 30 years in the business, I've intentionally downsized my company so I can give every single client the personal attention they deserve. No big team. Just me, fully focused on you.
What I love most about this work is solving problems for my clients and helping them find exactly what they are looking for. I always tell my clients that even after the transaction closes, I am still here for them. I believe God put me here to help others, and I take that seriously.
I am married to the woman of my dreams, Maureen. We have four kids and two grandchildren. We live in a small town in the Sierra with a real sense of community. I always say dream it, believe in it, and it will happen. I am living proof of that.
Today, I'm grateful to have the job to help others get what they desire and share the joy of living in the Sierra Mountains.
