Outdoor Pool Temporary Closure Notice⚠️📢

Beginning Sunday, June 21, our outdoor pool will be temporarily closed due to a significant leak. The pool is currently losing thousands of gallons of water each day, making it impossible to maintain a comfortable water temperature and creating a repair issue that needs immediate attention for safety reasons.

At this time, we are being told the pool will be closed for approximately 8–10 days. While we know this is disappointing, we are committed to getting the pool repaired as quickly and safely as possible. We will keep everyone posted.

During the closure:
☀️ A section of the outdoor pool area will remain open for guests who wish to relax and sunbathe.
🍹The bar at the outdoor pool will be open. If they decide to close early, guests can purchase drinks at the cantina inside the indoor waterpark.
🏊 Guests may use any of the three additional condo pools located throughout the property. See photo in comments! These are basic pools (no slides, lily pads, etc.). These pools are NOT open to the public.
💦 The indoor waterpark will remain open as usual.
🎟️ We will also be offering day passes at our off-season rates during this time.

Hotel Guests: You may see this notice before our front desk has a chance to contact you. Please know that we are actively reaching out to all affected guests while continuing our normal day-to-day operations. Our Adult Sunset Swim is happening Saturday, June 20! 🌅 Grab your tickets today and get ready for an evening of fun, great vibes, and sunset views. To purchase, visit: https://bridgesbay.company.site/ We'll also be accepting walk-ins!

We plan to have signage directing guests to a temporary entrance for this event. We will not be using the main entrance for this event unless weather becomes a factor. We'll post more details later this week.

A few reminders:

1. Ticket sales are final 🎟️ If there's inclement weather, this event will be moved inside, resulting in the indoor waterpark closing early.

2. No physical tickets. For entry, all you need to do is present your receipt/confirmation and a valid I.D. *Must be at least 18 years old*

The new window for the waterpark has arrived, and installation is scheduled for this coming Monday and Tuesday, June 8 and 9.

While the waterparks will remain open, please note that both hot tubs will be closed during this time. Additionally, the west exit door to the outdoor pool will be unavailable; however, the east door will remain open for outdoor access.

Our phones were working earlier this morning but now appear to be down. At this time, we are unable to receive incoming or make outgoing calls.

We have contacted CenturyLink and have been informed it appears to be a network issue on their end. We are currently working on having calls forwarded to a cell phone, as the next available service appointment is not until Monday, June 8. 😒 We will provide an update as soon as poassible.

Reminder: The indoor waterpark will be closed tomorrow (Thursday, May 28) for the HVAC project. The outdoor pool will be open, weather permitting.

The main entrance to the indoor waterpark will be CLOSED while this project is being completed. Guests may enter through the gate located near the outdoor pump area. There is a side door located behind the fireplace in the lobby that will lead you to this gate.

Signs will be posted to help direct guests, or you may ask the front desk for assistance.
