Due to the majority of our seasonal staff returning to school or leaving earlier than expected, we have had to make the difficult decision to adjust our pool schedule for the final week of summer.

With the required number of lifeguards needed to operate both pools, we do not have enough staff remaining to keep both pools open. We felt it made the most sense to keep the indoor waterpark open, particularly with attendance declining since school started and the outdoor pool’s water temperature being impacted by the leak we experienced earlier this summer. With that said, the last day to swim at the outdoor pool is Sunday, 8/30.

It has been a couple of summers since staffing challenges have required us to close one of our pools, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate the final stretch of the season. Please give us a call at 712-332-2202 if you have any questions!

As we approach the end of our peak season and transition to our off-season schedule, we wanted to remind everyone of the outdoor pool’s last day of the season and our upcoming waterpark hours. 💦

⚠️ Please be sure to check our waterpark hours before planning your next stay, especially if it's during the off season. We cannot stress this enough! We’ve had too many guests book weekday stays assuming the indoor waterpark is open, only to find out that it is closed.

⭐️We recommend checking the waterpark hours directly on our website before booking. Some third-party booking sites, such as Expedia and Booking, only allow us to provide a limited amount of information, so they may not display our full waterpark schedule.

We’ve received a few comments regarding the water temperature of the outdoor pool, so we wanted to shed a little light on what’s going on.

Keeping the outdoor pool open for the summer was of the utmost importance to us, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work through the challenges.

The additional pools located throughout the condo buildings are still available for any guest staying on the Bridges Bay property to use. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: These pools are not available for public use and do not have lifeguards. We also can’t speak to the water temperatures of those pools (or when they are closed for the season) as they are separate from our operation.

I don't know about you, but we're already missing that HOT, HOT weather. ☀️

With today's forecast and cooler temperatures, the outdoor pool will be closed today. Our indoor waterpark is open until 8! 🌊💦

Here's hoping the sunshine and heat make a comeback soon! 🤞

The indoor waterpark is open until 8:00 PM, so there's still plenty of fun to be had indoors! 💦
