Our Arnolds Park Home is for sale!

This one is a little bittersweet for us. We’ve really enjoyed owning this home and sharing it with family, friends, and renters over the years. We’re ready for someone new to take it over and make it their own.

It’s in a prime location in Arnolds Park — within walking distance to everything Arnolds Park has to offer, including the lake, restaurants, shops, and all the summer activity.

The home is being sold fully furnished and has a history of successful rental seasons. We have rental records available for anyone who is seriously interested.

We’ve also made several updates, including:
• New flooring
• New retaining wall
• Updated outdoor patio

We’d really love to find someone who will enjoy this home as much as we have — whether that means making it their own home, lake getaway, continuing to rent it, or a little bit of both.

If you’re genuinely interested, reach out for more details or rental history.

Address - 144 E Broadway
Arnolds Park

Serious inquiries only, please. ❤️
Thanks!
