🌸 Spring in a Glass at High Hill Resort 🍸
Every spring in Japan, delicate sakura cherry blossoms bloom, symbolizing renewal, beauty, and the fleeting nature of the season. Inspired by the tradition of Hanami, gathering with friends to enjoy food, drink, and the beauty of spring, Chantz Perkins, Bar Manager and Mixologist at High Hill Resort, has created the following cherry blossom inspired craft cocktail recipes for you to enjoy in our restaurant or at home.
Each cocktail features Roku Japanese Gin, crafted with six Japanese botanicals including sakura flower, sakura leaf, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, sansho pepper, and yuzu peel, reflecting Japan’s deep connection to nature and seasonality.

Inspired by the delicate texture of blooming flowers, these cocktails are shaken with egg white to create a silky foam that mirrors drifting petals.
Peach Blossom
