Throughout the past few weeks, I have been showered with love and reminded of what an institution the Tides is. This is my legacy, but I did not do it alone.

All my staff throughout the years, and to all of you: I am beyond grateful for your support, love, compassion and loyalty.

We have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity; we have hosted toy drives and food drives; created a space for artists and entertainers alike to foster their talents; gave the little league a place to splash around; sponsored a volleyball team; we were the place were you got married, celebrated your birthday, held your baby shower; we have laughed, cried, fought, forgave and hugged; we took bathroom selfies; we yelled and screamed in every parade; we helped neighbors when they were in need; we had holidays together and so much more.

We are the definition of community. We are a family. I will be eternally grateful.

Dear valued guest,

I write this letter with a heavy heart. We will be closing our doors as of October 1, 2021. Our final day of business will be Sunday, September 26th. To the best of my knowledge, the Tides will be reformed, renovated and back open for business under new ownership in 2022.

In my nearly 12-year tenure, we have had so many accomplishments including becoming Asbury’s # 1 restaurant. I am so proud of all of things we have done. We have raised thousands of dollars for various charities and have done countless toy and food drives.

We have become an institution within this community. Through your unwavering support we have thrived. Together we have created countless memories that I will always treasure. There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am to have been a part of your lives and your journeys.

Whilst this chapter closes, I look forward to what is on the horizon for all parties involved.

Please note, that this is all the information we have at this time. We ask that you respect our privacy as we navigate this internally. It truly is the end of an era.

Lastly, I’d like to say thank you to my incredible staff who have dedicated themselves to making this all happen. Without them, the Tides would not be possible.

Mmmmm pop! Come chill by the pool and enjoy a ice pop. Pool is open daily from 12-7pm daily (weather permitting). Don't forget to download the TouchTunes app so you can play all your favorite jams.

LIVE entertainment returns on Sunday, September 12th with jazz artist, Jan Findlay. Show is from 7-10pm. Crowd size will be limited and all seats will be on a first come, first serve basis. Masks are encouraged at this time. Windows will remain open for airflow purposes regardless of weather.

Our pool is open daily (weather permitting) from 12-7pm. No flotation devices or extra chairs are allowed. The pool area is 21+only (with the exception of hotel guests). The grill is available Saturday-Monday so no outside food is allowed on those days. Download the TouchTunes app so you can enjoy playing all your favorite music on our jukebox.

Our restaurant is currently open by reservation only. We are open from Thursday-Sunday beginning at 5pm. Reservations can be made via OpenTable or by calling 732-897-7744. Seating at the bar and lounge area is available on a first come first serve basis during the same hours. Menu is available at bar with limited bar menu.
