Public · Hosted by Stevens Memorial Library
Monday, April 22 - 7 PM
Did you know that most native bees can’t sting humans? Do you appreciate butterflies and birds ornamenting your yard? Pollinators all, these natives need only food, water, and shelter in order to become regular visitors. If you have containers, flower boxes, or a garden you have already have almost everything you need to attract these beautiful and welcome neighbors. Join Betty Sanders, Master Gardener as she explores pollinators and how to attract them.
This program is part of the Dianne Mayo Fichtel Creative Living Series, which celebrates the life and interests of Ashburnham resident, Dianne Mayo Fichtel. The semiannual programs that make up this series are funded by donations given in Dianne's name. The Library is honored to be a part of memorializing such an outstanding life.
