☀️ What's Happening in Asheville - June 2026 ☀️

June in Asheville has that full-summer feeling: art in the streets, festival days in the park, and nights that make it easy to stay out a little later. The Lazy Tiger is your home away from home and launchpad for a very good start to summer.

3. Modest Mouse at The Orange Peel
When: Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13, 2026. Doors at 7:00 PM, show at 8:00 PM

4. GRINDfest 2026
When: Saturday, June 13, 2026, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Where: Pack Square Park, downtown Asheville
Why Go: A free day of Black entrepreneurship, culture, food, music, and community in the middle of downtown. Come to shop, eat, listen, connect, and support Black-owned businesses.

Review of the Month:
"I stayed in their private room with its own bathroom. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was huge, and lounge areas were well thought out. There was excellent local coffee in the morning, an option to purchase local beers, guest “doodles” and an overall sense of light-heartedness and warmth. I was travelling alone. I felt safe, comfortable and really enjoyed meeting those who worked at the hostel as well as guests. Thank you! I’ll be back." — Tammy K.

"Can’t say enough good things about this stay. I was greeted by the friendly hostess (Chloe the goodest girl puppy dog) and given a tour by the actual host, who has gone above and beyond to ensure guests feel completely safe, welcomed, and comfortable in a space that has been thoroughly thought through and equipped with everything you’ll need for a wonderful stay. I so enjoyed the opportunity to socialize with the staff and other guests, the delicious coffee, and a nice hot shower after a long day. The beds are comfortable and every area is clean and well-maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer and I highly recommend to any travelers who are looking for a place where there are no strangers! :)" - Gwen

⭐ Review of the Month
"The place was immaculate and the matresses were super comfy. Definitely a higher end matress. The place was better than alot of hotels. Located along a main road that takes you straight downtown in about 5 miles or so. I stayed there during the off season so not alot of other guests but it looked like it had a nice area outside to hang out at. Definitely 5 stars!" – Tanya
