il. Designed by architect Albert C. Wirth, this eight story 1927 classically detailed tan brick office building has a “flatiron” (triangular) floor plan. Home to World Coffee Cafe and its SkyBAR, the building hosts over 60 independent artists, therapists and business entrepreneurs. On the roof top a solar thermal Renewable Energy Facility provides hot water to the building.
