Our stay at Mae’s beach cottage was really wonderful and will for sure be a core memory for our family. The house is even more beautiful in person. I will surely miss laying on the front porch and listening to the waves at nighttime and the theatre room. I also highly recommend laying in the banana hammock and looking up at the stars. Such a clean and beautiful and unique home with beautiful little details, squeaky clean, cozy, the ability to make the home dark or really bright, the record player is such a bonus, endless amount of cups and plates etc for large families, and endless towels (we are family of 7). I can’t say enough great things and Mae is just so wonderful and responsive. Everything was lovely, thank you! “This place was absolutely amazing. The hot tub, fire pit, beautiful views, privacy and romantic vibes are what made this one of our favorite airbnb stays to date. The complimentary smores & coffee were thoughtful touches. The outhouse was superbly clean. A quick 15 minute drive to downtown Asheville made this place stand out as well! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Asheville.”
