They say every building has a story, and ours has been telling one for more than a century.
Built in 1907, this structure was later remodeled in 1925 into the Vance Hotel before evolving into what’s now the Windsor Boutique Hotel.
After decades as a residential boarding house, the building underwent a stunning restoration between 2012–2014, earning a Griffin Award from the Preservation Society of Asheville.
Today, the Windsor stands as a blend of historic soul and modern style, a love letter to Asheville’s past, reimagined for today. 💛
