Our personal favorite way to do Cúrate: grab a seat at the kitchen bar and watch the chefs at work. It's dinner and a show, with every plate made right in front of you. Skip the menu entirely. Order a glass of sangria, settle in, and when something beautiful comes across the counter, point and say "I'll have that." It's the most fun you'll have eating in Asheville.

Asheville looks even better from above. 🌄 Our town is full of rooftop bars with indoor and outdoor seating, so you can enjoy a cocktail and mountain views whether it's a warm summer evening or a crisp fall night. It's one of our favorite ways to see the city.
