This wonderful home is waiting for your visit to the Asheville, NC area. I love to share my complex with visitors looking to experience all that western North Carolina has to offer. Built in 1915, Cozy Oak still maintains lovely original features including yellow heart pine floors yet it has been undated to include many of the features you would expect to see in a modern home. r level Bear Den apartment with my two Chihuahuas, Chipper & Buddy. The 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs is fully furnished and ready for your stay. Comfy king bed in master, full bed in guest bedroom, fully stocked kitchen & private deck in the trees are just a few of the features you will enjoy. Also available for rent is the Acorn guest house! This “Tiny Home” space has a private full bath, queen bed, mini frig, toaster oven, microwave, smart tv & covered deck as well as other great features. The complex has a shared laundry room downstairs and a community deck & fire pit area for all to enjoy. Feel free to contact me for rate & availability information.
