I’ve already had two campers freeze up this year…a painful lesson as water is just so cruel and CRUEL! Ughhhh
Stay warm everyone…skirting, milk house heaters. Doesn’t need to be Jamaica under there just above 32.😳

I’ve been open for a little over a month now and can’t thank everyone enough for all the support.

I’ve also learned a thing or two. One is reservations, fee processing, etc and for now I’ve landed on HIPCAMP for a variety of reasons.

BW’S has some pretty good grub and I think everything in the menu can be ordered ‘to-go’…give them a shot. Just a quick country mile over in Ashland.

Remember to keep your AC filters and find clean and free from debris. With campers made as inefficiently as they are it’s important to keep your AC running smooth.

For older campers I have heard WONDERFUL things about Ceramic window tinting that’s supposed to reflect 99% of one of the UV’s and reduce temps by alot !
Ha ha…can’t remember exactly but heard good stuff.😂😂

Pass Along To All Omaha Nebraska Residents

As we all take time this morning to assess damage and think about cleaning up from last night storms, I want to give everybody a heads up.

As a Campground owner, my phone is already starting to blow up with contractors and roofers moving into the area looking for some Nebraska green 💵. Some of these companies are surely legitimate but many may NOT be also and they are ALL staying mobile with nothing keeping them here.

BE DILIGENT AND NEVER PAY UP FRONT FOR ANYTHING!
