Ashland Oregon Six month full furnished private cottage rental for our quiet Season October/November 2026 through March/April 2027. Located within walking distance .7 of a mile to the town plaza and medical district of Ashland Oregon.
Suitable for a couple with NO animals and NO children or for a single person. Non-smoking/Parties. Quiet, respectful tenant/s with references and credit check only. First and last month’s deposit required.
Two bedroom (queen and or twin/ office with one and a half bathrooms. Kitchen, dining and living room area. Secure parking for one vehicle. Own private entrance. Air conditioning and heating. Wifi and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with plates, glassware, cups, utensils, pots, pans etc. microwave, small combo washer dryer, stove/oven, toaster and refrigerator. Linens ie. towels and bedding not supplied (if needed arrangement can be made to supply) although pillows and mattress protection are. Iron, ironing board, vacuum, broom, swiffer, clothes dryer are supplied.
