No punchline—just collaboration, gratitude, and an avalanche of good ideas. Look, we even got to make a track after our company name.

Huge thank you to our friend and mentor Eli Matthew, who somehow manages to be the owner of Cornerstone Property Management and the President of the Medford/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce—basically the Nick Fury of Southern Oregon real estate. This guy builds networks like it’s his job… because it is.

Every time we sit down with Eli, we walk away sharper, more focused, and fired up to deliver better outcomes for our owners and tenants—and build generational wealth while we’re at it.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have helped 20+ families and individuals find a home for the holidays this year 🏡❤️, while also supporting our owners in keeping their American dreams alive 🇺🇸💭 and growing wealth in these tight times 💪💰. It’s a beautiful reminder that at its core, this business is about more than properties—it’s about people, connection, and creating moments of joy.

So as you light your candles 🕯️, sip your cocoa ☕, or maybe even argue over board games 🎲 (because let’s face it, what’s the holiday season without a little drama?), we wish you all the magic, wonder, and goodwill this season has to offer.
